Beth and James, second time parents to baby George, Nunhead

My husband and I recently completed a hypnobirthing course with Zoe at home and cannot recommend Zoe highly enough. We had a tricky medicalised first birth with our first child and recently used the techniques with the birth of our second.  

It was a much calmer, lovely experience at home which we definitely put down to Zoe's help and support in the classes. As a previous HB skeptic I would whole heartedly recommend Zoe as a teacher and the HB classes.
